We are hiring a motivated office assistant. Compensation is according to applicants experience. Experience required in overall office work, computer knowledge, and basic knowledge of bookkeeping. Responsibilities to include keeping track of all transactions and documents in a database. Along with that experience in spreadsheets, word processing, and appointment setting is essential. Experience in accounts payable and receivables, writing skills are helpful to the job. Overall real estate knowledge is also helpful. minimum two years college or 5 years relevant experience.
