All proceeds from the annual event support New Mexico Advocates for the Arts whose mission is to promote, preserve, and fulfill the cultural needs of our community and across southern New Mexico.

The primary mission of the LCIMC is to preserve the art forms of Mariachi Music and Folkloric Dance. Through educational workshops in music and dance for our youth, these longstanding cultural art forms will be preserved throughout the Southwest.
